Lead Specialist in Business Analytics for Retail Lending

Your responsibilities will include: Detailing the technical analysis of business processes down to the database model design level; Preparing technical documentation for business processes (user and technical level - use case); Participating in the preparation of minimal test plans and test scenarios for business processes; Monitoring changes during the implementation phase of the technical assignment and checking compliance with requirements; Participating in the presentation of the modified business process to the client and the Bank Systems support teams during the testing phase; Coordinating business processes with the programming team (Flex, BPM, Management) and presenting reports on the work done; Ensuring the feasibility of report generation during analysis and identifying potential risks; Discussing technical issues with the IT department, client structure, and other partners (3rd parties) and ensuring compliance. The suitable candidate for us should have: Higher education; Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field; Knowledge of banking products; Experience with banking modules (Flexcube is preferred), BPM processes, or analytical data processing systems; Ability to prepare technical assignments (preparing user and technical level documentation, building sequence algorithms); Knowledge of querying databases (SQL); Knowledge of foreign languages (at a level to understand and prepare technical assignments); Knowledge of web services: Architecture type (Rest/Soap), ability to query API Servers, understanding of querying formats (JSON/XML); Knowledge of Agile (Scrum) methodology and flowcharts (BPMN).
