Lead Specialist in Business Analytics for Digital Channels

Your responsibilities will include: Detailing the technical analysis of business processes; Preparing the technical documentation for business processes (at user and technical levels - use case); Monitoring the implementation of changes according to the technical task and checking compliance with requirements during the implementation period; Coordinating the business process/architecture/change with all relevant stakeholders; Ensuring that processes are conducted in accordance with Scrum methodology while working with Agile; Organizing grooming and planning sessions; Creating, detailing epics, and determining acceptance criteria/definition of done for tasks; Handing over the technical support team for the process or change; The suitable candidate for us: Higher education; Minimum 3 years of experience in the banking sector; Knowledge of banking products; Ability to prepare technical tasks (documentation at user and technical levels, building sequential algorithms); Knowledge in querying databases (SQL); Proficiency in foreign languages (at the level of understanding, drafting technical tasks, and communicating with teams); A person with knowledge of Agile (Scrum) methodology.
