Lead Designer for UI/UX at User Experience and Design Expert Center

Your responsibilities will include: Preparing UX/UI designs in accordance with business requirements and user experience together with the product owner and design lead; analyzing business needs and translating them into design solutions, basing decisions on data; conducting quantitative and qualitative UX research and developing user-centered products; testing the usability of products using hypothesis testing, usability testing, A/B tests, and other experimental methods; creating and presenting CJM (Customer Journey Maps), User Flows, Mind Maps, Information Architecture, Wireframes, and interactive prototypes; working with and participating in the development of design systems; adhering to cross-product design principles and adapting to new trends; effectively following the design process in accordance with Agile and other work processes; ensuring technical compatibility of designs, working in sync with developers, and providing precise design materials for programming; analyzing the performance of existing products, conducting UX audits, and preparing improvement plans; tracking new technologies and design trends and offering innovative solutions to the team.
