Junior Specialist in Retail Product Sales

Your duties will include: Conducting planned meetings with B2C customers, as well as organizations and partner sales points for the presentation of banking products; Offering suitable credit and card products based on the analysis of customer needs and completing the sales process; Establishing initial contacts with potential customers, organizing meetings and directing sales; Providing prompt responses to customer inquiries, supporting the online documentation process, and ensuring service level; Meeting sales targets and preparing reports on operational results; Executing other tasks assigned by management. The ideal candidate for us: Higher education (education in economic field is preferred); Fluent in Azerbaijani language (knowledge of Russian and English is an advantage); Work experience in sales (at least 1 year of experience in bank/finance or B2C field sales is an advantage); Strong communication and presentation skills, effective handling of customer objections; Able to actively participate in field meetings; Result-oriented, with planning and execution discipline; A person who can work both in a team and individually.
