Junior Specialist in Archive Department

Your tasks will include: Participating in the organization of archive work at the bank; Involvement in the process of accepting, registering, systematizing, safeguarding, and utilizing documents according to the instructions; Preparing for the destruction of documents stored in the archive that have lost their significance, participating in the work of expert review and destruction commissions; Traveling to regional MXS for the handover of documents to the archive. Our ideal candidate: Has a higher or secondary education; Holds a category B or C driver's license; Has the ability to work independently with MS Office programs; Is a person with a high level of communication skills, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
