Junior Lawyer/Legal Advisor in the Executive Authority Department

Your tasks will include: conducting work regarding the return of debts based on court decisions that have entered into force for the credit obligations in execution, collaborating with debtors and relevant state (non-state) agencies as stipulated by legislation (submitting written applications, sending claims and complaints, etc.); sending applications to relevant enforcement departments regarding the termination of enforcement proceedings after the debt established based on court decisions for credits in execution has been paid; maintaining relevant registers for cases in execution, regularly updating them, and informing the direct supervisor about this; representing the Bank in courts and other relevant state (non-state) institutions as a representative based on court decisions that have entered into force regarding credits in execution; creating relevant requests to align the amount of credit debt with a court act or enforcement record within the Bank's system; applying to enforcement bodies to carry out relevant enforcement measures in accordance with the requirements of the 'Enforcement Law' for executing court decisions or enforcement records regarding credit obligations in execution and officially informing the Bank about the measures taken; executing other tasks and instructions assigned by the group leader, department head, deputy director, or department director in accordance with internal regulatory documents of the Bank.
