• Fluency in Russian is mandatory; good command of English is required • Up to 1-2 years of experience in financial analysis, analytics, consulting, or a related field • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (SQL, Dataiku, Miro are advantages) • Ability to interpret data and communicate findings clearly • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Interest in e-commerce or fintech is a strong advantage
