PASHA Insurance OJSC invites candidates to apply for the position of HR Operations Intern and become a member of our professional team. This role provides support for daily HR operations, requiring high attention to detail and responsibility in documentation and employee data management, while contributing to the effective execution of recruitment and workforce administration processes.
Должностные обязанности
Responsibilities - Monitor the integrity and organization of employee files and folders - Support the creation of personnel files for staff - Assist in the proper formalization of employee probation periods - Support leave-related processes - Assist with business trip processes and documentation - Support the collection of documents (application, explanation, act, separation sheet) for departing employees Knowledge and Skills - Proficiency in Excel and Outlook - Basic knowledge of general HR processes and documentation - Familiarity with labor legislation is an advantage - Strong communication and teamwork skills - Result-oriented and responsible - Attention to detail and punctuality - Integrity and reliability Language skills: Azerbaijani, Russian Education and Experience - Higher education: What we offer - Opportunity to grow in a professional and supportive team - Extensive learning and development opportunities - Collaborative and transparent work environment - Opportunity to work in a "Great Place To Work" certified company.
