Head Specialist of Financial Analysis and Management Reporting Department

We are looking for a head specialist for the Financial Analysis and Management Reporting Department, which plays a key role in strategic decision-making at Birbank. This role involves deep analysis of the bank's financial results, preparation of management reports, compilation of financial statements in accordance with international reporting standards, and providing substantiated recommendations to business units. Our expectations from you are not just to calculate figures, but also to understand the logic behind them, and to present a strategic perspective to management by measuring financial performance. In this role, you will participate in the preparation of daily reports as well as in the establishment of long-term financial forecasts. We are looking for a colleague who can collaborate closely with various directions of the business, along with analytical skills.
