PASHA Insurance OJSC invites candidates to apply for the position of Head of IT Platforms and become a member of our professional team. As the Head of IT Platforms, you will hold full accountability for leading three core engineering squads, managing the delivery, architecture, and operations of key technology platforms. This executive role is critical to driving the company's digital and technological transformation, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and fostering innovation across the IT landscape.

Responsibilities Lead the strategic implementation and migration to the new insurance ERP core system (Addinsure), ensuring data integrity and minimal business disruption. Oversee the entire migration lifecycle from legacy systems to the new core, strictly adhering to project timelines. Collaborate with business stakeholders to map complex insurance processes into the new ERP architecture. Direct the design, development, and continuous improvement of all digital customer touchpoints, including the corporate website, online sales portal, and unified mobile application. Ensure high performance, scalability, and exceptional user experience across all digital channels. Drive the implementation of centralized shared services and automation solutions. Lead the exploration and deployment of AI agentic use cases across the organization. Champion Agile/Scrum best practices to ensure predictable and high-quality software delivery. Mentor, manage, and scale high-performing cross-functional squads. Manage department budgets, vendor relationships, and technology partnerships. Collaborate with the executive board and CIO to shape the overall technology roadmap and digital strategy. Knowledge and Skills Deep understanding of modern IT architecture, microservices, and API-driven integrations. Experience in ERP system implementation and migration. Ability to manage full-stack development teams. Familiarity with enterprise shared services (IAM, notification engines, API gateways). Practical knowledge or strong interest in AI, automation, and agentic workflows. Exceptional project and delivery management skills. Strong stakeholder management and team-building capabilities. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value. Language skills: Azerbaijani, English, Russian. Education and Experience 10+ years of comprehensive experience in IT, including at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role (Department Head, Tribe Lead, or IT Director). Background in the financial services or insurance sector is highly desirable.

The position requires advanced leadership, strategic vision, and expertise in complex project management and modern software development.
