Customer Sales and Service Specialist - Kurdamir

Your tasks will include: Managing assigned current corporate and retail customers, executing product sales; Attracting new corporate and retail customers to the bank and executing product sales; Coordinating customer inquiries with the relevant structural units, monitoring the process during cooperation and application, and providing support for problem-solving until resolution; Conducting initial follow-up on delays for clients in the portfolio; Performing necessary tasks to achieve set quarterly and annual targets. The ideal candidate for us: Has a higher education in economics; is fluent in Azerbaijani; knowledge of Russian and English is preferred; Has a minimum of 1 year of experience in working with corporate clients; Has high-level communication skills; Is stress-resistant; Is a person with strong sales characteristics.
