Customer Manager / Senior Customer Manager / Head Customer Manager of the VIP Client Department

Your responsibilities will include: Managing assigned current VIP clients, executing product sales; Attracting new VIP clients to the bank and executing product sales; Providing detailed information about the bank’s products and services to clients through phone calls or by visiting their workplaces, presenting; Coordinating client inquiries with internal bank structures, following up on processes during collaboration and inquiries, providing support until the resolution of potential problems; Conducting initial tracking of delays related to clients in the portfolio; Carrying out the necessary work to meet the assigned quarterly and annual targets. The suitable candidate for us: Has a higher economic education; Fluent in Azerbaijani and Russian (English is desirable); Has banking experience (mandatory); Minimum 2 years of experience in working with retail or corporate clients; Has a high level of communication skills; Stress resilience; Is a person with high sales abilities.
