Customer Manager / Senior Customer Manager / Chief Customer Manager for VIP Client Department

Your responsibilities will include: Managing assigned current VIP clients, implementing product sales; Attracting new VIP clients to the bank and implementing product sales; Providing detailed information and presentations about the bank's products and services to clients via phone calls or visiting their workplaces; Coordinating customer inquiries with internal bank structures, collaborating and following up on the process during the application, and providing support for solving any potential issues until resolved; Performing initial monitoring of delays for clients in the portfolio; Carrying out necessary tasks to meet the assigned quarterly and annual targets. The suitable candidate for us will be: Holding a higher economic education; Fluent in Azerbaijani and Russian (English is desirable); Having banking experience (required); A minimum of 2 years of experience in working with retail or corporate clients; Possessing high-level communication skills; Resilience to stress; Having high-level sales characteristics.
