PASHA Insurance OJSC invites candidates to apply for the position of Compliance Intern and become a member of our professional team. This position plays a vital role as part of the second line of defense in the company's internal control system, ensuring compliance of processes and operations with current legislation, supporting risk management, and fostering a compliance culture. The intern will contribute to the review of regulatory documents, risk assessment, and monitoring of compliance indicators, supporting the company's commitment to legal and ethical standards.
Должностные обязанности
Responsibilities: Participate in the review of internal regulatory documents (policies, rules, instructions, procedures, etc.) for compliance with legislative requirements based on requests from relevant structural units. Support the oversight of corrective actions taken by relevant departments to address non-compliance identified by state authorities or internal services. Monitor the company's activities for compliance with current legislative requirements and assess the company's position based on compliance indicators. Assist in updating the compliance risk matrix by incorporating new legislative acts, amendments, and changes. Support the development of a compliance culture within the company and among employees. Participate in the implementation of measures under the "Anti-Corruption" and "Conflict of Interest" policies to mitigate risks. Knowledge and Skills: Analytical thinking and ability to work with databases. Basic knowledge of the insurance legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Proficiency in office programs (Microsoft Word, Office, Power Point). Legal writing and research skills. Responsibility and discipline. Ability to work in a team. Clear and precise communication skills. Ability to adapt to a corporate environment. Motivation and eagerness to learn. Interest in research and analysis. Attention to detail. Language skills: Azerbaijani, English. Education and Experience: Higher education in Law or Economics (with priority for finance, accounting, or audit). 0-1 year of relevant work experience.
