Client Manager / Senior Client Manager / Head Client Manager in the VIP Clients Department

Your tasks will include: Managing assigned current VIP clients, executing product sales; Attracting new VIP clients to the bank and executing product sales; Providing detailed information and presentations regarding the bank's products and services to clients via phone calls or visiting their workplaces; Coordinating client inquiries with internal bank structures, following up on the process during collaboration and applications, providing support until the resolution of potential problems; Conducting initial tracking of delays for clients in the portfolio; Executing necessary tasks to achieve assigned quarterly and annual targets. The ideal candidate for us: Holds a higher education in economics; Fluent in Azerbaijani and Russian (knowledge of English is a plus); Has banking experience (mandatory); Has a minimum of 2 years of experience in working with retail or corporate clients; Has strong communication skills; Is stress-resistant; Possesses high selling characteristics.
