● Higher education (preferably in Human Resources or Management fields); ● Minimum 3 years of work experience in Human Resources and Labor Relations Management; ● Experience in the automation of HR processes is preferred; ● Proficient in Azerbaijani, excellent command of English, knowledge of Russian is desirable; ● High level of knowledge of the Labor Code and local legislation; ● Possess characteristics such as initiative, agility, and attentiveness.
Должностные обязанности
In this role, you will ensure the healthy management of labor relations in full compliance with existing labor legislation and will be a part of a continuously developing work environment.
