Business Analyst Specialist in Retail Card Business

Your responsibilities will include: Collecting and documenting requirements from business and IT sides; Participating in defining the project's functional scope and key business rules; Describing process and system flows through simple diagrams (DFD, Use Case, UML); Understanding and documenting data flow and integration requirements with existing systems; Extracting data and performing preliminary analysis through SQL queries; Understanding and documenting data transfer processes between different systems; Preparing simple prototypes for explaining system functions; Sharing observations related to user experience and suggestions for improvement; Identifying functional risks and reporting to management; Preparing test scenarios and participating in UAT processes; Participating in sprint planning, refinement, and daily meetings; Participating in the analysis, development, testing, and release phases of the project; Supporting the data flow between card systems, mobile applications, and backend systems.
