PAŞA Insurance OJSC invites candidates to apply for the position of Insurance contracts renewal assistant and become a member of a professional team.

Должностные обязанности

Duties and Responsibilities: · Managing the renewal process for contracts approaching their expiration date; · Recording incoming payments under the corresponding contract or carrying out the activation process; · Submitting requests to relevant departments regarding financial documents or information to be provided to clients; · Sending required documents to clients via email or physically; · Preparing and providing clients with reports on their active policies; · Preparing and submitting renewal reports to the direct supervisor; · Ensuring the accurate delivery of requested information to clients; · Performing other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor. Knowledge Requirements: · A university degree in Finance, Economics, or Business is preferred; · Computer skills: Good command of MS Office programs; · Language skills: Excellent command of Azerbaijani and good knowledge of Russian and English; · Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of Insurance Legislation. Experience: · Up to 1 year of work experience in a related field is desirable. Skills: · Strong communication skills; · Accuracy and attention to detail; · Proactiveness; · Time management skills; · Ability to respond quickly to issues arising during work processes; · Ability to work in a team; · Responsibility and reliability in fulfilling duties.
