PASHA Insurance OJSC invites candidates to apply for the position of Agile Coach and become a member of our professional team. As an Agile Coach, you will play a key role in driving the adoption and advancement of Agile practices across the organization, empowering teams and leaders to embrace and scale Agile methodologies.

Должностные обязанности

You will add value to business transformation by improving delivery processes, fostering an Agile culture, and promoting a mindset of continuous improvement, working closely with teams and stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives. Responsibilities: Lead the implementation of new practices, tools, and methodologies to improve delivery processes; Organize and facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement, etc.); Support the development of teams in Agile approaches and promote Agile best practices; Encourage a culture of experimentation within teams; Ensure delivery flow efficiency and balance demand with team capacity; Analyze process metrics and use insights for decision-making; Effectively resolve conflicts, find compromises, and support positive relationships with product teams; Demonstrate initiative by proposing and implementing new ideas to achieve business goals; Lead visual workflow management and timely delivery of outcomes; Manage quarterly program board, value/cost calculations, and optimize cycle time; Be accountable for effective product delivery using Agile/Lean techniques; Mature Agile teams and processes, applying change management techniques; Act as a bridge between the team and external stakeholders when required. Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of various Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SaFe; Facilitation skills for Agile ceremonies; Experience in backlog prioritization, user story mapping, process metrics, and SMART goal creation; Solid understanding of SDLC and development process efficiency (Cycle Time); Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and listening skills; Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities; Self-driven and proactive approach; Great organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities; Passion for managing change and influencing others; Stakeholder management skills; Proficiency with Jira, Miro, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Power BI; Business process and analytical knowledge; Risk management and creative thinking; Teamwork and strategic thinking skills; Emotional intelligence and initiative; Language skills: Azerbaijani, English, Russian. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and practices; 3-4 years of experience as an Agile Coach or in a similar role; Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, or other Agile certifications (preferred); Project management certifications (PMI-ACP, PMP, etc.) are an advantage.
