● Your higher education is in Finance/Banking/Economics/Technical fields ● You have at least 3 years of work experience in a bank ● Preference will be given to your experience in a management role ● You have knowledge of one or more agile methodologies or frameworks: SCRUM, Kanban method at the principles and values level; ● You possess advanced analytical skills; ● You enjoy establishing and maintaining effective relationships with various people; ● You have leadership qualities and good communication skills ● You have the ability to conduct effective training
Должностные обязанности
We are looking for an "Agile Coach" who will be responsible for playing a key role in implementing and enhancing Agile Thinking in our bank. The main objective of this role is to ensure that teams, work processes, and business strategies develop in accordance with Agile principles. It is a responsibility based on theory and practice and performs the following tasks.
