● Your higher education is in Finance/Banking/Economics/Technical fields.
● You have at least 3 years of work experience in a bank.
● Experience in a management role is preferred.
● You have knowledge of one or several agile methodologies or frameworks at the level of principles and values: SCRUM, Kanban method;
● You have enhanced analytical skills;
● You enjoy establishing and maintaining effective relationships with various people;
● You have leadership qualities and good communication skills.
● You can conduct effective training sessions.
Должностные обязанности
We are seeking an 'Agile Coach' who will be responsible for playing a key role in implementing and developing Agile Thinking in our bank. The main objective of this role is to ensure that teams, work processes, and business strategies are developed in accordance with Agile principles. This is a theory and practice-based responsibility, and it performs the following tasks.
