· Technical Skills: Must possess the ability to work with computers. · Field Experience: Must have at least 1 year of experience. · Language Skills: Must have a proficient command of Azerbaijani and the ability to communicate, knowledge of Russian is preferred. · Other Qualifications: Must possess the ability to engage effectively with operatives, must be proactive, communicative, and calm when dealing with problematic borrowers.
