* Hold a degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Valuation, Construction, or a related field, with strong academic performance. * Have 2–5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, M＆A advisory, valuation consulting, or a real estate company. * Possess strong knowledge of valuation methodologies and techniques, including DCF and other valuation approaches. * Understand the applicability and specifics of different valuation approaches within Kazakhstan and international valuation practice. * Have knowledge of financial accounting and familiarity with IFRS. * Are an advanced user of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. * Possess strong analytical abilities, including numeracy, data structuring, and advanced research skills. * Have excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills in English. * Are a team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment. * Hold or are pursuing professional certifications such as Appraiser Certificate, ASA, or RICS (considered an advantage).
